How to get to Westendorf in Tirol

Westendorf enjoys a scenic location in the Kitzbühel Alps in Tirol, Austria, ca. 14 km to the west of Kitzbühel and ca. 12 km southeast of Wörgl right at the entrance to the Brixental valley.

  • Motorway junction Munich south (all directions)  
  • A8 Munich – in direction Salzburg (for ca. 56 km)
  • At the junction Inntal leave the A8 and take the A93 in the direction Italy, Innsbruck, A93, Kufstein, Brenner (for ca. 25 km).
  • Change from the motorway A93 to A12
  • Leave the A12 at the Wörgl-Ost and use the Lofererstrasse (B178 for ca. 4 km) – take the first exit in the roundabout.
  • Follow the Brixental federal road (B 170) for about 15 minutes until you arrive in Westendorf.

  • Follow the A8 in the direction Salzburg (for ca. 56 km)

  • Take the A12 and exit Kiefersfelden, follow the Kufsteiner Straße/St2089. Border crossing – Tiroler Bundesstraße (B171) in the direction Kirchbichl and along the Lofererstrasse (B178 for ca. 4 km) – take the first exit in the roundabout.
  • Follow the Brixental federal road (B 170) for about 15 minutes until you arrive in Westendorf.
  • Feldkirch – Arlberg – Innsbruck (A12 direction Munich/Salzburg)
  • From Innsbruck follow the A12 in the direction of Salzburg
  • Leave the A12 at the exit (17) Wörgl-Ost and continue in the direction St. Johann in Tirol, Brixental and follow the Lofererstrasse (B178 for ca. 4 km) – take the first exit in the roundabout.
  • Follow the Brixental federal road (B 170) for about 15 minutes until you arrive in Westendorf.
  • Follow the Brenner motorway to Innsbruck
  • From Innsbruck follow the A12 in the direction of Salzburg
